This past Wednesday, September 2, Goddesses Gathered at
One Wellness Boutique in Coconut Grove , a state of the art
Wellness Boutique that offers Pilates, Facials, and Massages for your body, mind, and soul. Karen Gonzalez played harmonium and led us in sacred Mantra Grooves. We began the evening warming up our chakras to Nurturing Moves led by yours truly. The combination of grounding and sensual moves with sacred chants by candle light was magical and uplifting.
Jenny Ryan closed our gathering with a guided imagery exercise. Thank you to all for sharing your beautiful Selves with the group. Thank you to Janine for allowing us to gather in your beautiful ZEN Pilates studio! We love it!
