Goddesses Sitting And Loving Life In Key Biscayne...

Dear Radiant Women,
Today The Goddesses Convened at One Of Our Favorites, Origins, On Key Biscayne To Celebrate and Bid A Bon Voyage To Goddess Peggy, as she embarks on a six week journey to Tuscany and France! We were all so happy to share in her excitement, and to be in each other's company. We were reflecting on how grateful we are for living in such a beautiful part of the world, for having friends that are so open, honest, authentic, and a positive support for one aother. We have all benefitted so much from this Goddess Group, our gatherings, each other's friendships, opening up to our own Greatness, and sharing that with the world! I feel so inspired to continue on my path, having friends who love me for just being ME! The greatest gift also is to have honesty in a friendship as we are always learning and growing.
Thank you dear wise and radiant women, for teaching me so much about how to live life to the fullest, to embrace it all, the importance of nurturing myself, and most of all to always keep reaching up for the stars. Gratefully, Michelle

This Thursday, Michelle will be guiding us on an inner journey to the core of who we are... physically and energetically. We will creatively move to the rhythm of our souls through feminine yoga moves, core dance, and ending in a special guided imagery and meditation.
Join us at Carico Headquarters 4002 Aurora St. which is in front of The Collection south of Bird Rd, one block west of Ponce De Leon in Coral Gables, right next to Merrick Park. We will begin promptly by 6:45pm to 8:00pm or so. Nora Farinas will be sharing with us organic juicing to begin our journey and registration. Thank you Nora!
The cost this evening is $5 of which will go to raise support and awareness of BirthGirlz foundation.

Yoga For A Healthy Back Workshop For ALL Levels and Abilities

Goddess Michelle Maniaci will enlighten us with "YOGA FOR A HEALTHY BACK", a two and half hour workshop on Saturday, September 26, 2009 from 2:30-5pm at the beautiful Waalay Yoga Studio in Key Biscayne. Individuals will learn the latest regarding the most common causes of back pain and tension and prevention. Learn to integrate scientific movement principles physical therapists use into your daily life both on and off the mat. Michelle now offers individualized yoga therapy and holistic physical therapy services on Key Biscayne and at Waalay. Some insurances accepted.

The Waalay Yoga Goddesses invite you to join in the celebration and Grand Opening of WAALAY YOGA AND WELLNESS Center on Thursday September 10, 2009 from 6-8pm. After two years of planning, Miriam and Maria's patience and determination have paid off. The studio's high ceilings are showered with natural sun rays that are sure to bring an ethereal and transformative light into your yoga practice. I am so excited to begin teaching the following classes at WAALAY on Mondays and Thursdays: Pre/Postnatal and Women with Yogadance, Yoga for Modern Life Workshops, and CHILL Creative Movement Exercise for AGES 12-18. EVERYONE is welcome to this special Grand Opening Celebration! Dancing, Drumming, and Singing Our ONENESS...

This past Wednesday, September 2, Goddesses Gathered at One Wellness Boutique in Coconut Grove , a state of the art Wellness Boutique that offers Pilates, Facials, and Massages for your body, mind, and soul. Karen Gonzalez played harmonium and led us in sacred Mantra Grooves. We began the evening warming up our chakras to Nurturing Moves led by yours truly. The combination of grounding and sensual moves with sacred chants by candle light was magical and uplifting. Jenny Ryan closed our gathering with a guided imagery exercise. Thank you to all for sharing your beautiful Selves with the group. Thank you to Janine for allowing us to gather in your beautiful ZEN Pilates studio! We love it!
