Hi everyone, We had a great time on the beach last night. Thank you Ana for leading us in that beautiful shamanic healing and Peggy for the very touching meditation. We will be meeting on the beach again next Thursday at 6:30pm to do chapter 4 of True Balance - the heart chakra. Meet in the lobby of Commodore West and then we will walk down to the beach. If you are coming late call Jenny 305-333-8656 so we can buzz you in.
Friday Ana and Jenny are going to a workshop on forgiveness at Unity on the Bay if anyone wants to join us. November 20th there is a house concert that looks really great. Let Jenny know if you want to go.

Hello everyone, Join in with me for my inaugural evening house concert! The idea is to create community by providing a way to support artists in a home environment. In today's economy it has become increasingly difficult for small clubs to support independent musicians. I will be providing my home several times throughout the year for wonderful concerts - some local and others traveling through south Florida. We are so blessed to have these two amazing artists from California playing in my home - now called The Outpost. Check out their music and I think you will definitely want to make your way here that evening. All money goes to the musicians - I just provide the space. For any of you who choose, we will have a cover dish dinner starting at 6:45. It will be enough time to munch and chat before the concert starts at 8pm I have seating for 25 people so I definitely need to know who will be coming.
